Introducing our first Alumni Spotlight of the semester:

Daniel Du (αμ)! Daniel graduated in 2019, majoring in Business Administration. After internships at JP Morgan and Guggenheim Partners, he is currently working full time at Ares Management.

“AKPsi has shaped me into the person I am now in both my professional and personal life, from nudging me into the right direction within my career path to helping me grow as a person. But above all, AKPsi gave me the opportunity to meet the people who have and will continue to be one of the biggest parts of my life. And for that, I’m very thankful.

It’s hard to choose a favorite memory with this fraternity because I’ve made a lot of happy memories. I look back and think of traveling with some of my closest friends and the random late nights hanging out and getting to know each other... they all make me smile.“ - Daniel

Introducing our first spotlight and Fall 2020 President: Sanam Patel (αρ)! Sanam is a senior majoring in Business Administration and just finished off her summer at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst.

"I have AKPsi to thank for playing a transformative role in my college experience. From introducing me to some of the closest friends I've made at Cal to instilling greater self-confidence in my own abilities as an individual, this organization has definitely made a lasting impact on my personal and professional life.

As for my favorite memory, it's hard to single out just one favorite experience I've had in AKPsi but a few that stand out are the trips I've taken with people across the org. From retreats in Yosemite and trips in LA to our junior year winter Asia trip, it's all been such a blast, and I'm truly grateful for the people and memories I've stumbled upon during my time in the org." - Sanam
