Pinch me! 100% commission is right around the corner after less that 6 months at Epique Realty! It’s been a little bit of nail biting for the last few months wondering if I made the right decision...
Well I’m never going back to a traditional brokerage again sorry! How did I get here? I made a huge 180 in my business leaving a stable home at a high end traditional brokerage. Prior to that I left the top local San Francisco independent brokerage. Prior to that I left the first and biggest revolutionary tech brokerage at a time when real estate tech was bigger than AI (trust me lol). In 16 years I have only been at 3 prior brokerages (except for that one 1 month stand that was a mistake) and every switch has been a calculated move to learn and grow more and I can’t be more happy at what has transpired. How did I in less than 6 months get to where my next transaction will get me 100% of my commission. Usually I am doing referral only business but I personally dipped into our online lead generation programs and drew out a couple really big buyer side sales and some listing support too. During those times I hustled hard to keep all parts of my business together and it wasn’t easy, but I kept it together along with keeping my family and sanity and here we are! I can guarantee you that with systems, programs, and training you can easily do this also. Zillow just increased our lead flow by 30% so its time to go out and find some more agents! Our latest agent started on April 1, 2026 and had 3 in contract before 1 got cancelled under odd circumstances not due to his buyer. That's when it is good to have 2 escrows to fall back on! I have heard a lot of people tell me over the years how online lead generation and especially Zillow leads don't work. Anyone who says this simply doesn't have a system or is too lazy to figure it out. Yes, there are those people out there and they will share their opinions like they are an expert on the matter. Our results speak for themselves. We have coaching and accountability in this program all the way up to the Zillow level. Having said that we can only accommodate agents who are serious about success! Inquire within.

Big Welcome to the Good Real Estate Team! I am really excited to have started working with Sammantha and she has been great to have with us in the short time we have known her so far.
