Every Body is a Healer – an Invitation Over the years working with folks in practice, the one question I’ve heard more than any other has been: “How do I do this for myself?”

Doing my best to stay with this year until the new one arrives.

When I think about future possibilities, it’s exciting at first. But then I’m always not there yet.

My body responds in kind - unhappy, frustrated, discouraged.

When I include my body, I notice something truer:
I’m wanting something that isn’t here yet. And there are many ways to feel about that.

What would it be like to include your body in what you’re wanting for the year ahead?

As invested as we may be in what we want for the new year, let's practice being here rather than there – and notice how slow time can feel.

This past year looked different than my last 20 years of solo practice.

In 2025, I got to workwith colleagues through the , and I loved it! I also hosted over 60 pop-up clinics and felt grateful for the people who showed up to my hands-on classes to experiment and play.

All of which kept pointing me back to the same truth: working alongside others reveals more of ourselves and what's possible.

In 2026, I’m building on that and launching a new training program called, Every Body is a Healer.
