This is Roman street food that we’ve brought to Berkeley.
You use your hands to convey how big of a portion you want, and the pizzaiolo cuts the dough with scissors (al taglio means, literally, “by the cut”) and charges you by weight.

Out with the old and in with the new 🌷 Our pork confit has had a REVAMP. It is now topped with chicories that have been tossed with a honey sauce that has a slight kick to it.
