Hey everybody. Bringing a new band into this world. Waffles on Sunday is a 5-piece modern acoustic and bluegrass band based in Oakland, CA. With roots in traditional bluegrass and a love for popular music, the band creates a unique sound that appeals to audiences of all ages. Our high-energy live performances showcase tight harmonies and exceptional musicianship, featuring banjo, slide and flat-picked guitars, mandolin, and upright bass. The band's influences range from classic bluegrass legends Bill Monroe to new grass pioneer John Hartford, and modern artists like the Wood Brothers.
