In many industries, women, particularly women of color, are disadvantaged and overlooked. Accessing higher education itself is a huge feat, and being able to navigate through an institution that was not originally built for or welcomed women is another. Delta Xi Phi Multicultural Sorority, Inc cordially invites anyone interested in attending a career panel and/or our organization to have a conversation with Berkeley alumni from our organization in the journey that led into their current industries of work and how they were able to navigate undergrad. Our organization prides itself in advancing women through higher education and providing the necessary resources and guidance in order to elevate our community. Thus, we invite anyone interested in these fields to chat with us on February 10 @ 7PM.

Hi y’all! With the start of the semester approaching and some of you searching for a new space to connect with and help you navigate another semester of distance learning, I wanted to offer up the opportunity to join Delta Xi Phi Multicultural Sorority!! This space has brought me a lot of support, love, and comfort through some tough times, and we wish to extend that to anyone who may be searching for the same!

We will start our recruitment process a couple of weeks into the semester, following a week of get-to-know-you events held in early Feb! Delta Xi Phi Multicultural Sorority, Incorporated is a national multicultural sorority based upon five pillars: increasing multicultural awareness, the advancement of women through higher education, community service, friendship, and sisterhood. Our sisterhood was founded in 1994 at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, was a chartering member of the National Multicultural Greek Council, and has become one of the largest and fastest growing multicultural Greek letter organizations in the country with 23 chapters nationwide. Here at Berkeley, we’re committed to better integrating multicultural awareness into the Greek community and the larger campus community while empowering each other and serving our community. We are also dedicated to furthering the academic and professional development of our sisters. Above all, we strive to cultivate a safe, supportive, and inclusive space for sisters to come in to and grow together!

Message to Alpha Alpha: “I love you girls so much! I’m going to miss hanging out with you all! You’ve made me laugh and cry and I’ve loved every moment. My only regret is not joining the first semester I transferred to Cal because I would’ve had more time to spend with y’all. 💛”
