“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.” -Hosea 4:6

The night before the University of San Diego, Reawaken USA’s account was taken down.

Months of work disappeared overnight.

Conversations.
Crowds.
Moments that changed people forever.

Gone.

And for the first time…

I thought about quitting.

Because everybody loves obedience when it’s exciting.

Nobody talks about obedience when:

the momentum dies
the support disappears
the platform vanishes
and heaven feels silent

That’s when the adversary whispers the loudest:

“Stop.”
“No one cares.”
“You lost.”

But we went anyway.

3 hours scheduled.
1 hour approved for amplification.

Then the first student walked up and asked:

“Why are you here?”

And I answered:

“To talk to you.”

And for the next hour, students kept gathering.

One became five.
Five became twenty.
Then nearly 200 students surrounded us.

Hungry for truth whether they realized it or not.

Then they cut our amplification.

The microphones died.
The sound system shut off.

The exact moment meant to kill the gathering.

But instead of leaving…

the students moved closer.

Closer.
Closer.

And standing there watching that happen, I realized something:

This generation has been lied to.

They’ve been told truth needs permission to survive.

It doesn’t.

Because when God puts His hand on something…

algorithms don’t matter.
Platforms don’t matter.
Censorship doesn’t matter.

You can ban the account.
Cut the microphones.
Silence the amplification.

But you cannot stop hungry people from gathering around truth.

America is not starving for more influencers.

It is starving for people with the courage to speak truth after the spotlight disappears.

And if God is willing to trust you with the fire…

you better be willing to carry it through the smoke.
