Bowles D&D
A group for communication and discussion of the various Dungeons and Dragons groups at Berkeley's Bowles Hall.
During the Fall 2010 semester at UC Berkeley, Bowles Hall first experienced the popular role-playing game Dungeons and Dragons, with what became the Sunday D&D session. As it quickly filled, popularity grew and word spread, quickly giving birth to the Bowles Wednesday D&D session, continuing on into what Bowles D&D has become today.

Would you be interested in a cookbook for tabletop RPG players?
The +5 Food of Eating RPG Cookbook Will Make Your Adventures Delicious Let's face it, we don't exactly eat the healthiest food while playing tabletop RPGs. Most of what we munch on in between dice rolls consists of things that came in a bag, a can, or a cardboard box. Well, +5 Food of Eating is here to help! This RPG cookbook by Tiffany Simmons aims to fill your belly ...

In Memoriam
d20monkey - Thank you, Gary I owe a lot to Gary, Dave, and all of the original players who forged Dungeons & Dragons. I know I am not alone when I say that I would not be the person I am today if not for Dungeons & Dragons. At 10-years old, I played my first game of D&D sitting on the front steps of my elementary school and th...

This focuses on a game of Magic: The Gathering rather than D&D, but I think we can all agree that when you roll a 1, this is exactly how you should NOT react. However funny it may appear to be.

Even cats like to get in on the dice-rolling fun!
She rolled a sixteen. Good for her! - WWdN: In Exile One of the cats, Luna, can be rather insistent about us paying attention to her. Wizards of the Coast, as it has been mentioned, is hard at work on the next edition of D&D, and the designers have a blog up examining game design elements from D&D past, with polls about preferences for D&D future! Even if you don't want to weigh in, it's an interesting read on D&D, both past, present, and future!

The D&D classic, Orc and Pie! Those of you in the Sunday campaign may fondly remember your brush with this one. :)
The World's Shortest (Yet Technically Complete) Adventure Adventure Synopsis: The PCs kill the orc and take his pie.
Sometime in the next two weeks, I would like to resume the Rotating Sessions. It looks like they'll be on Fridays again, but I'm open to input.
And I do have plans for expanding it beyond Kobold Hall, for those of you who're sick of that already.
"Wednesday" -- update to Fie's journal. Bethrynna's now contains spoilers, so I'm going to hold off on posting it.
"Wednesday" Campaign -- updates to both Fie and Bethrynna's journals. Doesn't include the day off, oh well.
And now, I'm officially confused . . . it's been almost a week since the "no more Discussions app" deadline, and it's still there . . .
Rotating Sessions -- Due to a steady decline in attendance at the Rotating Sessions (Fridays), and due to an increasing number of conflicts with other people trying to use the rec-room on Friday nights, it has been decided that the Rotating Sessions will be discontinued. If you vehemently oppose this decision, please say so soon so we can figure out what we're going to do.
