Last round of pregnancy cravings (I hope 😅)!

Are breastfeeding cravings a thing?

Still not over how incredible women’s bodies are - creating, sustaining and delivering life ✨ equally amazing are cravings, not all, but some. In the second tri I wanted Greek yogurt with fruit in the morning - it’s packed with protein and calcium for helping baby grow bones and muscles. In the third tri I wanted oats - extra iron, fiber and known to help with milk supply. Fascinating.

I’m always in my kitchen era but this pregnancy definitely has me working overtime. Still have a few weeks to go before we get to meet baby girl and the cravings are still coming in hot 😅 taking suggestions 🫶🏽
