A seamless renovation should look entirely intentional.
When altering an existing footprint, the challenge lies in architectural integration. For this project, we opened the dining room wall to optimize flow while custom-fabricating new panel molding to match the home's original historical trim. At the end of this project, you won't even be able to tell the difference between the "new" vs the "old" millwork.
"Do we have to move out?"
We figure this out during Preconstruction. If we can safely set up a temporary kitchen and quarantine the mess, you can stay. If the scope is too massive, staying becomes a safety hazard for kids and pets. Moving out is an expensive reality, so we lock in the exact logistics long before demo day.

A clean job site actually starts in the office. 📋
Maintaining a clean site during a major renovation requires synchronized communication. Our office staff maps out the exact scope of protection long before the field team ever arrives. At the start of every project, the supervisor reviews the site protection plan so the crew knows exactly which rooms and fixtures are off-limits and need to be sealed. The discipline it takes to keep a site this structured is the exact same discipline required to execute flawless finish carpentry later on. A clean site is a quality site.
