There is still time to apply for a $3,000 Work College Consortium Experiential Learning Grant; applications are due on June 26. These grants support projects that focus on student learning and strengthen the Berea College campus and community, with past projects often focusing on:

1. Sustainability & environmental stewardship
2. Teaching innovation & labor learning
3. Community health & well-being
4. Creative collaborations across departments and campus

Applicants are encouraged to think broadly about how their ideas support student learning, campus culture, and community impact.

Mid-May is not too late to start a garden, and the Hutchins Library Seed Library is here to help! Lots of flowers and veggies can be successful when planted now, including tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, squash, zucchini, okra, and eggplant. Stop by the library lobby to pick up the seeds you need!
