Previously serving the South Florida market, Doloosh has moved to the farm! Our truffles are an elegant, upscale version of a "Cake Pop”… done as a truffle.
Our delicious desserts and homemade ice creams are made fresh at Nicura Ranch, in Berea, Kentucky. We offer homemade ice cream, yogurt, cakes, pies (our specialty is Key Lime Pie) and Cupcake Truffles. Check out all of our offerings and flavors on our website. All items can be picked up at our farm, Nicura Ranch, located at 735 S Dogwood Dr Berea, KY.

We are excited to introduce “Sugar Plum” a delicious amaretto ice cream swirled with sweet plum jam.
All homemade in small batches.
$5 a pint.
Our Holiday Cupcake Truffles are also available and make fabulous gifts! Peppermint bark, Eggnog, sugar cookie and gingerbread bite-size cakes festively covered in chocolate.

Our Blackberry White Chocolate was a delicious success. We use blackberries grown on our farm, and the season has come to an end.
We made our last batch of this great flavor today.
