The suppressor world has changed completely, and we are thrilled to announce that SJ Solutions LLC is officially selling qualifying suppressors on a standard Form 4473!

Thanks to recent legal shifts and injunctions, you no longer have to endure the traditional, Form 4 waitlist or tax stamp process for certain silencers. If you qualify, you can now purchase a suppressor right here in Arkansas using the exact same background check form you use to buy a standard rifle or handgun.

Want to take home a new can without the NFA tax stamp wait? Here are the qualifying steps to do it:

📋 How It Works & Qualifying Steps:
1. Active GOA or NRA Membership: Because this streamlined pathway relies heavily on specific legal injunctions protecting group members, you must be an active member of Gun Owners of America (GOA) or the National Rifle Association (NRA) to qualify. Please bring proof of your active membership status when you visit! We can help with this if needed

2. Meet the Legal Requirements: You must be legally allowed to own a firearm, be of legal age (21) to purchase a suppressor, and be able to pass a standard background check.

3. Choose a Qualifying Brand & Distributor: Currently, this streamlined process specifically applies to select manufacturers, such as SilencerCo, and B&T, or relies heavily on inventory sourced directly through from Silencer Shop. The rules depend strictly on how and where the suppressor was manufactured and distributed downstream.

4. Visit SJ Solutions LLC: Come down to the shop, show us your membership card, and look through our qualifying inventory.

5. Complete Form 4473: Fill out the standard Federal Fi****ms Transaction Record (Form 4473) right here at our counter. Bring your valid, government-issued photo ID.

6. Pass the NICS Check: We will run your information through the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS). Once you get the "Proceed," you are good to go!This is a massive shift for the second amendment community, and inventory is going to move fast.
