Some days are a lot more exciting than others!! We loved putting in these window bubbles so the pups can stop digging under the fence to take a peek on the other side!

Our work this weekend took us from Benton, to Morrillton, to Clarksville, to Harrison (don’t get me started on no highways to that joint), to Centerton, to Fayetteville, to Bentonville, to Springdale, to Van Buren, to Fort Smith. And we still have 2 locations in Paragould to visit. But not today! It’s been a long two days!!

When performing preventative maintenance inspections for commercial buildings, it is important to know what and where everything is. For example, this helpful sticky note some previous employer provided let us know we were looking at the ceiling. So helpful! 😁

From “Ohh, what happened?” to “Oh, that is water damage.” We can fix that.

Tuesday is for fixing flashing.

I can’t wait to unwedge these wedges!! Get a little ASMR going for some stress relief. Not looking forward to the grout, though. BUT, this bathroom that previously had the subfloor cave in is so close to being done I can taste it.
