First Tee - Benton Harbor

We have been closely monitoring the weather forecast for Benton Harbor today, and unfortunately, heavy rain and potential severe weather are headed our way this afternoon and evening. Because the safety of our participants, coaches, and families is always our top priority, we are canceling tonight's play night at Harbor Shores.
As a reminder, our standard policy prevents us from rescheduling individual canceled play nights.

We have an important weather update regarding today's classes:

Blossom Trails: Unfortunately, due to the rain in the forecast today, all classes at Blossom Trails are canceled. Please see Coach Ryan on Monday to pick up your play pass.

Harbor Shores: Classes are still on! We will be moving everything inside, so please head directly to the First Tee Academy today.

Mother Nature is throwing us another curveball this evening. With severe weather forecasted for our area this evening, we have made the decision to cancel tonight's play night for our 12+ age group at Harbor Shores.

Safety is always our top priority, and we want to make sure everyone stays safe and dry at home tonight. Severe weather is projected, so please stay safe!

While we can reschedule our standard class sessions, the extra opportunity for time out on the course is the only thing we cannot reschedule. We are disappointed to miss out on this extra course time with the kids tonight, and we greatly appreciate your understanding.

We look forward to better weather and getting everyone back out on the course during the evenings very soon.

We are writing to let you know that we unfortunately have to cancel our play night scheduled for this evening at Harbor Shores for all participants ages 12+.

We have been keeping a close eye on the weather and originally thought the impending storm would hold off until later. However, it is now looking like it will hit right during our play night window. As always, the safety of our participants is our top priority, so we have made the decision to cancel.

We had an incredible evening last night at The Inn at Harbor Shores celebrating our 2026 Scholarship Award winners.

It truly takes a village to make a meaningful impact, and we could not be more grateful to honor these special graduates. Each of these young people has shown a deep, long term commitment to our program and lives out the values we teach every single day.

Seeing a room filled with our participants, dedicated donors, tireless volunteers and board members, new Wall of Fame inductees, and lifelong friends was a powerful reminder of what this community can accomplish together. We all share similar goals and values for the future of these kids, and last night was a beautiful reflection of that shared dedication.

A special thank you to The Inn at Harbor Shores for being such phenomenal hosts and helping us create a memorable evening for our families.
