🧹 Hiring Professional Independent Home Cleaners – Bend & surrounding areas 🧹

Pay: $30–35/hr
Pay Schedule: Paid weekly
Position: Independent Contractor (1099)

TurnKey Home Cleaning is seeking experienced, reliable residential cleaners for routine/standard cleanings, deep cleanings, and move-in/move-out services in Bend and surrounding areas.
This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for professionals who show up on time, communicate clearly, and take pride in their work.

What we offer:
• Above-market pay ($30–35/hr)
• Paid weekly
• Flexible scheduling — you control your availability
• Consistent residential work
• Jobs managed through our booking platform
• Local, Bend-based company

Requirements:
• 3-5+ years professional residential cleaning experience
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license (no compensation for travel time or fuel expenses)
• Smartphone for scheduling/communication apps
• Own cleaning supplies & equipment
• Understanding of Independent Contractor (1099) status
• General Liability insurance required prior to first assignment (or willingness to obtain)
• Must be willing to complete and pass a background check as part of the onboarding process

Quick homeowner tip as we head toward spring 👋
With how dry the air’s been this winter, with little precipitation here in Bend, dust tends to float around and settle everywhere once the daylight sticks around.

A couple things that help keep dust under control:
• Use microfiber cloths on ceiling fans, light fixtures, and vents. They trap dust instead of just pushing it around.
• Check baseboards and door frames, especially near entryways and high-traffic areas. They tend to show dust fast once the light changes.
• Don’t forget high-touch areas like light switches and door handles, especially in busy parts of the house.

For homes dealing with heavier dust buildup, we offer a High Dust Reset add-on designed for spaces that need a more thorough reset this time of year.
