A short role, but a good role, with some of the best men I know.

Why do you choose a certified arborist ?

Certified arborists are trained to evaluate everything below and above the soil. In this way, we can identify issues and concerns that clients are having and we can reverse the symptoms if timeing is right.

Attached are two images of two different trees. Observations below the soil level indicate the trees were not planted correctly and that very little oversight or care had been issued for some time. Each tree suffered from girdling roots, which act as a tourniquet by wrapping themselves around the lower portion of trunk. If these roots are not pruned , trees will decline or die completely , it’s just a matter of time. Also, the second image shows very heavy root matting over the main root system. This is caused by shallow and frequent watering paired with a tree planted too deep and incorrectly. All of the issues that would’ve led to an eventual decline are now mitigated .

Looking for experienced Arborist’s and Tree Climbers to fill Crew Lead positions. We need highly experienced leaders who can adapt easily, communicate effectively and who understand the operations and needs of a production tree service.

Looking for long term and commited individuals. We are a growing company and desire employees who want to grow with us.

Also in search of experienced ground crew members. Must have experience with rigging operations, chipper maintenance and use, and a strong work ethic.

Pay will be based on experience. Production individuals will be paid accordingly. Opportunities for production bonuses.
