First adventure with the Fam. ✅

I kinda consider myself a badass in training. I’m starting with the simple things, but I love seeing how the body adapts to the demands of new skills.
I am fascinated by new things and I love the process of moving from novice to competence.
Beyond that, essentially, I guess I just love keeping the heart and mind of a child— ever curious & doesn’t know failure. I don’t intend to ever “grow up”.
There is an account of Jesus, in the gospel of Matthew, being asked by his disciples, “who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?”
Jesus called over a child and shared, “unless you change and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.”
The peace that many attribute to heaven is available now, in this moment. Embrace the mind and heart of child and the joy you seek will become apparent today instead of in an unfathomable future.
A realm void of chaos and pain is not needed for peace, rather peace amongst the chaos is the true heaven.
