On May 1st, the Trump Administration's Forest Service plans to forcibly remove all of them, without giving people anywhere else to go. Trump has talked openly about rounding up homeless people and forcing them into government-run detention camps. If we are unable to stop the May 1st eviction, the stage is set for a potentially catastrophic clash between people forced to live outside and federal police.
