Cumulus Rainbow by Juniper Moon Farm is perfect for baby!

This yarn is the coziest, each strand is a tiny braid or chainette, keeping the soft properties of cotton available for close to the skin cuddles.

The label lists it as a hand wash, but I was skeptical and put it to the test. A machine washed and dried 4-inch swatch only shrunk about 1/4 inch in all directions. No big deal in a blanket, if you’re making a wearable consider sizing up.

Blanket pattern pictured here is called Kendall written by Melissa Leapman is knit in the round using 5 balls of yarn. Find it on Ravelry or I can snag it for you in store.

⚠️Simple Knit Project idea⚠️

We just received a new shipment of Juniper Moon Cumulus yarn, a beautiful cotton that is unbelievably soft. The colors this year are called Matisse, inspired by the layered colors of impressionist paintings.

Speaking of layers; I dug through old patterns for this yarn and found this simple poncho, great for layering over all your lightweight summer outfits. Made with four to six balls, the finished garment offers just the right amount of warmth plus the coziness of extra soft cotton.

New Baby Cardigan Kit

“Kirby” by Asa Butchta for a sweet little sweater for all the babies arriving in your life.

Top down constructions features lace design on the yolk which is beginner friendly, I promise! Instructions are both written and charted, I’d recommend a few stitch markers to separate the repeats, and you will be a lace knitter in no time.

Paired with Berroco’s Cashmello; a super soft baby weight yarn, made from a blend of merino wool, acrylic, and a touch of cashmere. Not to worry, it’s machine wash and dry to make a new Mama’s life a bit easier.

Kit includes three balls of yarn, enought to make 3 month up to 18 month size sweater. More colors available in store!
