The FHFA (FNMA/FHLMC) made a big announcement late last week regarding increases to LLPA's (Loan Level Price Adjustments). These adjustments impact the rate you get when you purchase or refi with a FNMA or FHMLC backed loan. These changes could make your next mortgage a little more expensive.
