On to the next one. The road to even get here has been a long and difficult one, but all worth it in the end. I should have some real news to share with you all soon.

There's this tendency as a songwriter to want to make every track this giant arrangement of instruments. You add more and more and more until you're kinda lost in them! Almost let this one get away from me but I think it's a wrap. Let the mixing begin. Very excited to share this with everyone. Now I just need some artwork to go with it for the release. Oh yeah... There will be a digital release on streaming apps! It's almost time...

Finally hearing for real the bit that's been in my head for months. Might pick up one more instrument at the behest of a dear friend who thinks it needs it... But after that it's on to vocal tracking and mixing. Hope to share with you all soon what I'm working on.

It's always a good thing when you can hear a mix coming together.... Before you've even started mixing or finished adding instruments.

A quick confession if it wasn't already very apparent. I have a love for bizarre little instruments. This caught my eye in 2014 at a Guitar Center and I just had to have it. What did I do with it? Absolutely nothing until tonight. It finally found a home in a song I'm presently recording. Will anyone be able to hear it? Maybe not... But it's there I promise!

Back in the summer of 2015, I began accumulating parts for what would eventually become my studio computer. It got the job done with the little demos and songs I'd record for many years but was already outdated from the onset. Fast forward to now and its replacement is built and prepared to take over. Production capacity is now set to increase exponentially from before.

Farewell, faithful friend. You may rest easy now.
