Pork Souvlaki is tenderloin marinated in lemon, oregano, olive oil, vinegar and a bit of dijon and honey. It's served in warm pita bread with homemade tzatziki, tomato, and shaved red onion with a dash of smoked paprika.

Homemade falafel with lemon tahini sauce, pickled red onion, tomato and cucumber in warm pita bread (or over jasmine rice).
