Spring is here? Well, it’s a Central Oregon Spring, anyway. Now is a good time to start checking how your home fared through the Winter. Of course, I wrote a blog post about it. You know the drill: the link is in the bio.

See that purple bar on the right above each month? That’s called an exponential increase in business. I, (Ryan), am super thankful for the support and making East Fork’s 4th year in business the busiest yet.
However, with such an increase there are going to be some growing pains. One of those nuisances is me not being able to answer a potential client’s phone call right away. This makes me sad, because a client may miss out on getting a high quality common sense inspection if they don’t give me a bit of time to call them back. Odds are I was in a crawlspace or giving a summary to the client and their agent. Some of you ask, “Why don’t you hire a call taking service?” Great question! My personal experiences with call services are that they cause more of a delay and can create an impersonal experience, which doesn’t really seem to add any value to East Fork’s business model of being the local guy who can not only inspect your home but can also recommend the funnest Mtn. Bike trails in the area or where to enjoy the best tiramisu.
So with that said, when choosing an inspector don’t base your choice on who answers the phone first. Your home is way too valuable for that.
