eRAD – Ehlinger Research and Design – is a design company, with expertise in all aspects of Residential and light Commercial Building design and construction practices. Originally started in 2008 as Ehlinger Design LLC, eRAD has now become the new identity for all of the design aspects the company offers.
Seth Ehlinger, owner and founder of the company, has a Bachelors degree in Architecture from the University of Oregon [2002] and since has been working with architects, builders and independent clients on projects of all sizes, shapes and program requirements. Seth has had over 15 years of experience working in the field of architecture and construction, which has included a broad range of project scopes and client types with complex design parameters.
The company was originally created to facilitate the needs of clients interested in the design aesthetic, custom products and services Seth has to offer. The company has been utilized as a design consultant on many projects ranging in size from small residential remodels to an 80,000 sq. ft. commercial building project in Washington. Over the years we have also facilitated many residential clients with remodels, new construction custom homes and some smaller commercial tenant improvements.
With a full understanding of what it takes to get the job done and a design aesthetic to intrigue, eRAD = the expert building designer you will want as part of your project team!
