Did you know we also work in Mexico? For the last 5 years we have been helping the animals through our sister program El Proyecto Pancho! This weekend we vaccinated and provided care to over 140 dogs and cats in San Pedro, a small village outside of Guadalajara. Next month we will travel back to spay and neuter the pets there. We fix pets in Bend and beyond!

"I'm not a veterinarian... can I still volunteer?"

We hear that question all the time.

The answer is absolutely!

Some of our volunteers are veterinary professionals, but many aren't. They're project managers, scientists, psychologists, teachers, paralegals, engineers, retirees, college students, business owners, and people who simply care about animals and their community.

Every clinic takes dozens of people with different talents. Some greet clients. Some help with paperwork. Some comfort nervous pets. Some organize supplies. Some keep everything running behind the scenes.

Our volunteers may have different careers, but they all have one thing in common: they want to make a difference.
