I am in disbelief that this countdown is ending... after 10 days - tomorrow is finally the day High Desert Devotions will be open for business! 😆

Here's another throwback!

My first ✨ SUPER FUN ✨ project I was assigned to as a professional graphic designer. This job definitely appealed to my very inner child! I think it's quite symbolic to of the transformative power of good design, and the JOY that it should bring the designer and the audience. This was only temporary vinyl as a display for a local car show, but it was great to go to the show and see tons of little kids taking pictures next to it. 💖

Here's a glimpse at a few pages of a PRINTABLE calendar that will be available just in time for 2022! Can you believe we're almost there? I despise planners that don't give you enough writing room - so I designed this minimalist 2 page layout planner with plenty of space to "Get Organized" and plan out monthly goals, notes, and of course the never ending to-do list.

Personally, I use a "Home Binder" to keep on top of everything and stay organized - so maybe I will add more planning and organizing printables to my shop if y'all are interested! 🤔

Throwback Thursday...
This was nearly 10 years ago - before the husband, the kid, college, several jobs, and years of self-doubt.

Looking back, the advice I would give my past self is what I'm telling myself daily now:

The birth of my design journey started with pencil drawings. I've always loved art that makes you feel good. Today I'm sharing a few of my favorites with you! Drawing is something I'd definitely like to pick back up, it's been a while and I'm always afraid that I'll forget how. 😬
