Many people have asked how I got in to wire art. In truth, it was curiosity and the love of metal and stones, which lead me in this direction. That and it is physically easy on my body, which is of the greatest importance. Due to the fact I was injured on the job in 2004, the injury left me in pain 24/7 for the rest of my life. So in order to battle the depression,which became a constant, companion of the unrelenting pain. This is my escape, my way of retaining some purpose of and for my life. My way of creating something beautiful, out of this chaotic mess which is now my life. It is my hope that though my art, people find joy though my creations, and the beauty which I strive to create despite of the pain.
