Better late than never! 🦋✨

What happens when you mix fantasy, masks, authors, artists, dragons (probably), and a room full of creative people? The Wings & Whispers Mixer Market, of course!

We spent the evening surrounded by incredible vendors, talented authors, beautiful costumes, and enough imagination to fill an entire kingdom. It was such a joy connecting with fellow creatives, including our friends at Crimson Spine, and seeing everyone bring the fantasy world to life.

Meanwhile, our little tea lounge became a cozy haven for guests looking to recharge with fresh-baked scones, colorful macarons, a cup of our signature Earl Grey Crème black tea, or a refreshing Ruby Signature Berry Lemonade.

A huge thank you to Southern Starfall Events for creating a space where stories, art, creativity, and community can thrive. We left inspired!!

One year ago, Ruby Tearoom took a leap of faith and began operating alongside Arusha Coffee Co.

What started as a partnership quickly became something more: a shared vision of creating a welcoming space where community comes first. Together, we’ve filled this beautiful building with conversations, celebrations, laughter, coffee, tea, and so many unforgettable memories.

We’re incredibly grateful to the Arusha team for believing in us and to every guest who has supported both of our small businesses along the way.

Here’s to one year of collaboration, community, and creating something special together. We can’t wait to see what the next chapter brings. ❤️

At Maxime Frédéric at Louis Vuitton, iced tea arrives beautifully presented, pastries look almost too perfect to eat, and luxury-branded desserts blur the line between fashion and food.

Every plate felt like a work of art, every dessert told a story, and somehow the experience managed to feel both playful and elegant at the same time.

Let’s just say we left inspired... and a little spoiled. 🤍

One year ago today, Chef Sara packed up her life and moved to Belton to take a chance on a little dream called Ruby Tearoom. ❤️🫖

What started as a leap of faith has become countless batches of scones, thousands of cups of tea, sold-out events, long kitchen days, early mornings, late nights, and more laughter than we can count.

Ruby simply wouldn’t be what it is today without her talent, creativity, determination, and heart. Every menu, every sweet treat, every carefully crafted bite carries a little piece of Chef Sara with it.

The past year has been filled with challenges, growth, and so many wonderful memories, and we’re just getting started.
