Big shout out to the folks with First Response Towing & Recovery for their help with the Truck Tug of War this Saturday night. They will be ensuring our competitors get hooked up safely and properly. We greatly appreciate their help.

Let’s welcome another awesome Marketing Partner to the team for the 2026 season. Brian and Johnny Johnson with Pro Tech Sales are teaming up with GCS for the 2026 season. Make sure and catch them in the pits at GCS as well as they drive the 22j Sport Mod and the 683 Factory Stock. We appreciate their support at GCS and for local dirt track racing.

GCS Update: We are rained out for tonight’s race. Grounds are to wet, pits to muddy and more rain in forecast tonight. Everyone have a good and safe weekend.

Get ready GCS race fans!!
June 13 is gonna be a fun filled day from start to finish. Join us at Smoke on the Water in Sherman Tx from 10-2 for the Toddler Mods and Hot Rods car meet. There will be food and drink vendors, Toddler Mod Drag races for the kids and lots of cool car, trucks and bikes for the grown-ups. It only gets better from there. Then, follow us to Grayson County Speedway for the NightShift Automotive Movement Glowdown Showdown and some good dirt track racing. Bring all the glow in the dark/neon stuff and let’s light up GCS. At intermission we will have a Truck Tug of War for $500 in cold hard cash thanks to Jlash Tees. We encourage all racers, fans, and parents to grab some glow in the dark items (bracelets, necklaces, rings and anything that lights up) and bring them to hand to some of our kids that may not have anything. Racers make sure to dress that race car up with some neon stuff as well to show your support. We hope everybody is ready to have a fun filled day and an awesome night at the tracks. We will have the Midwest Hornet Dirt Series in the house as well so yall GET YOUR BACKSIDE and we’ll see ya there.
