So, Eagle's Hall has been absolutely amazing to work with--really a dream come true for the Bellingham EDM community. We get to bring in the BIG sound system and get no noise complaints and no power shortages. Their support and generosity is incomparable. We've signed up over a dozen new eagle's members in the last couple of weeks. With each present member, we can bring five people downstairs to the second stage and access the full bar. The more people we get signed up, the bigger the downstairs party can get, and the more people can enjoy the bar (super cheap beer and drinks btw!). Consider joining us: it's only $40 for the first year, $30/year after that. Everybody wins!

Wow! How do they keep getting better?! A huge blissed-out round of thank you's to everyone who contributed to EVERGREEN last Saturday night, including Summer for leading yoga practice, Marli for an inspiring community circle, Sarah Bird for her singing bowls meditation AND DJs Arron, Rob and James for helping us break in the new 70,000 watt soundsystem and keeping the dancefloor crackin' all night with some of the BEST sets we've ever had! Thanks also to all the volunteers who helped set up, decorate, face paint, run the door and clean up the next morning. Thanks to Trader Joe's for the flowers and the Co-op for the food, and to Eagle's Hall for trusting us with your grand ballroom. Last but not least, thanks to all the beautiful, bright, creative, funky, smiling, bass-lovin' people who showed up to help us activate the new space. On behalf of the SBS crew, we feel so blessed and WE LOVE YOU!
