Although our journey since ceasing operations has been bittersweet, Nate and I have emerged stronger, with a renewed sense of purpose. After careful consideration, we've decided not to reopen, and instead, we're excited to embark on new adventures. I'm passionate about pursuing my certification as a plant-based nutrition specialist, empowering individuals to adopt healthier lifestyles. Meanwhile, Nate is flourishing in his new role in California, where we're currently staying for the moment. I've begun working on our upcoming cookbook, which will inspire you with innovative recipes, available in both print and digital formats. Hello friends! It feels like it's been forever since we have been on here. We just want to check in with you all. We hope this finds you well.
Over the last month, we have really been decompressing from all the stress over the past 5 years. But we are slowly settling in and finding our place in the community. Nate is getting comfortable in his new career, and I am still working on it. We have both decided to step away from the restaurant industry, which is scary for us because that is all we know. But it is going to be great!
We have had the opportunity to hang with friends, watch some sunsets, play some farkle, and just hang out together, not having to think about work!
A dear friend has generously offered to help me publish our recipes into a cookbook that will be available for purchase. We are excited for you all to keep Sage alive right in your very own kitchens! How exciting is that? I will be slowly working on down sizing the portions to family size and recreating it all inside our 29-foot motorhome that we now full time reside in again. So please stay tuned as I post pictures of our recreations for you all to enjoy in your homes! We thank you again for all your support, and we love you all.

Last day friends! We open at 11am and set to close at 4pm. Keep in mind we will be closing when we run out of food so run, skip, walk, or drive on down here safely and quickly before it's too late.
