Snow Goose

n the Snow Goose in 1996, I felt a deep connection with the boat and a huge appreciation for the established marine science program throughout local school districts. In 2006, I jumped on the opportunity to take over ownership of the Snow Goose and continue the marine program in Bellingham Bay and throughout the San Juan Islands. From May to September, the Snow Goose navigates the beautiful and remote waters of Southeast Alaska. Destinations include Glacier Bay, Sitka, Frederick Sound, Gustavus, and many stops in between. The Goose is for folks with curious minds, a sense of adventure, and an appreciation for our awesome planet. When the Snow Goose is off season from touring Alaska, it resides in the waters of Squalicum Harbor. As I continue my journey with the Snow Goose as captain, mechanic, and effective educator, I invite my friends and friends of friends to join me and my boat family on this beautiful vessel. We cherish education, experiential learning, and most importantly stewardship of our environment.
