Most of our classes are still online but we have regular sound baths, full moon circles and Solstice/Equinox events in person at various venues around town.

We’ve had a great visit with “Gramma Juju” and a wonderful time celebrating Orin’s birthday. We had his party Saturday at Orin’s favorite place, the pool in Surrey and are at his favorite Indian food restaurant after!
It was a treat to work with Mike Tamburo last Sunday. That was the first time I heard him sing, it was very cool!!! Big thanks to the other great souls that made this event as special as it was, like Jay Darling, Susan Powell, and Saralee Sky and to all my helpers as well! As powerful as sound baths are, I wanted to give people the option of a series to have a more profound effect. I did something like this with my friend Valerie years ago and still think about how powerful it was.
As we enter a new nine year cycle, I invite you to plant seeds of what you most wish to create. Through a bit of movement, journaling, & a 60-70 min sound bath, we will tend these intentions, allowing them to take root and blossom. I’m so excited to offer my first ever sound bath series! It’s through the city parks and rec dept. Though the one I’m offering this Sat. is the first of four, it is great to attend just as a one off event as the focus is perfect for the beginning of the year. We’ll delve into themes like vision, intention, and in the metaphor of gardening, ask the question: “What Are You Planting?” Plus there will be a 60-70 minute sound bath. It’s $36 per session or $108 for the full series, so it’s like buy 3 and get one free!! The link is in my bio.

The feeling of the four seasons is strong in my work. Going from having my events outside to inside is a big transition for me, especially with the beloved Presence Studio closing next month. It’s both scary and exciting to be making new connections and needing to put myself out there in a way I haven’t needed to in a long time.

Orin and I had an awesome time at the rising moon festival this weekend! It really was an amazing event that I felt so lucky to attend when so many had traveled really far to attend. The classes, music, kids activities, vendors and yoga were awesome. Definitely want to go back next year!
