Blog In Audio: Greetings, I hope everyone is well. I had a bit of a different end of year and entrance to the new one. I spent the last two days of December in the Emergency Room of the hospital. On my morning run on the 30th, I experienced chest pain and pain in my left arm. I went to the ER and spent the day undergoing many tests, but my heart looked great on all of them....
