gardless of gender Identity! ERA is the low hanging fruit for Equality, and the upliftment of humanity! Empowered Feminism is a philosophy emphasizing the diseased patriarchal roots of inequality between men and women, or, more specifically, the social domination of women by our society. Empowered Feminism views crumbling low consciousness power structures as dividing societal rights, privileges, and power primarily along the lines of sex, and as a result, oppressing women and privileging men. We declare that systems based in fear, manipulation, and control shall not stand. We are here to birth a new World based on a higher level of consciousness, unification and partnership. We claim Equality for women, deep Compassion for all (even our percieved enemies), and action based in Wisdom to create World Peace. DID YOU KNOW THAT WOMEN IN THE US ALMOST HAVE EQUALITY OF RIGHTS UNDER THE US CONSTITUTION? 95% of our population supports Gender Equality. To pass ERA we require the publication of ERA. This requires the support of our Republican Senators, who work for us. If our repesentatives do not serve us they shall be made redundant. Now is the time for WE THE PEOPLE to lead with LOVE while taking compassionate action for the future generations of humanity. The Equal Rights Amendment states:

ERA NOW

The Equal Rights Amendment states: “ EQUALITY OF RIGHTS UNDER THE LAW SHALL NOT BE DENIED OR ABRIDGED BY THE UNITED STATES OR BY ANY STATE ON ACCOUNT OF S*X.”

I do not have equivalent rights to men under the U.S. Constitution, nor do approximately 3.5 billion women on the planet. If we want to have a hope to save humanity, support the passage of ERA in the U.S. How? Contact your lawmakers, spread the word of what is ERA, and why it matters. Pressure the states who have not made this law! Founding ERA NOW member-Staci Shreeve Weller, (great grand daughter of an LDS polygamist in Utah). The ERA’s main clause “Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of s*x.”

Many have asked us: How will ERA benefit, the US and all of humanity?

· Honorable Mention in the U.S. Constitution. Women are not named in that contract with their nation, thus have no permanent guaranteed rights therein except the Vote. Males are mentioned 39 times. We don't begrudge them;(they work for their equal rights too)

· Fairness before the courts with case reviews using Strict Scrutiny, not the current Intermediate Scrutiny, less just, or reliable.�

· Full rights to make important decisions about their own lives�

Equal representation in elected office

· Medical insurance coverage for reproductive healthcare�

· Fair salaries and career advancement opportunities�

· Necessary protection from s*x-based violence�

· Equal treatment by America's institutions of government, banking, insurance, education, medicine, commerce, sports, religion, military, and the law.

· Via ERA passage, women's and girls’ full personhood and rights to self-determination will be guaranteed for the first time. The unreliable 1868, Men-Only 14th Amendment, and weak laws and state constitutions would be substituted for by the sturdier ERA. America's females could then be FREE to be the architect of their own lives’ trajectories. Everybody wins with ERA! Males face s*x discrimination too, but females take the brunt. Both s*xes would be freed up to fully contribute to supporting humanity in shifting towards a more ecological civilization. This will nurture creative expression, innovation and bring the planet more into balance. Ultimately the passage of ERA could begin the shift towards healing our living planet, so we can sustain the life of humans and other species on planet Earth. There is much to do, let’s work together to uplift all of humanity!
