Over the last few years, the walls of Sun House have been gifted with beautiful paintings from the masterminds behind Bellingham’s Wandering Oaks Fine Arts Gallery & Glass Studio. Pictured, are just a few of the paintings displayed at Sun House.

While the gallery has officially closed, the artists still have a number of other pieces for sale. On Saturday January 24th 2026, from 1-4pm, Wandering Oaks will be hosting a silent auction to benefit Sun Community Service and our residents. Location: 126 W Holly St, Bellingham WA 98225

Thank you, Wandering Oaks!

Happy, happy Halloween from the staff and residents of Sun House! This year we had some first time pumpkin carvers, but all we see are A+ jack-o’-lanterns 🎃🤩🎃🤩🎃

A huge thank you to the individual who donated hygiene products from our Amazon wishlist!! Sun House now has some toothpaste, hairbrushes, combs, razors, shaving cream, deodorant, and socks to provide to our residents. There was no contact information in the boxes we received- so we are extending our thanks and appreciation here!

If you or someone you know would like to donate to Sun House using our Amazon wishlist (or in other ways) visit our website for more information on how you can help. The link to our website is in our bio, or you can visit suncommunityservice.org
