Peptides are not for everyone.

If you have active cancer, a history of cancer, or an autoimmune condition, this matters more than any gray-market warning label will ever tell you.

Most of the popular peptides work by signaling growth and repair. BPC-157 drives angiogenesis — new blood vessel formation. Growth hormone secretagogues push IGF-1 up. That's exactly what you want when you're healing a tendon. It's the opposite of what you want when there are cells in your body you don't want fed.

Autoimmune is its own problem. Several peptides modulate the immune system directly. When your immune system is already attacking your own tissue, deliberately nudging it is a gamble most people are never told they're taking.

This isn't fear-mongering. It's the conversation that should happen before the first injection, not after.

A tool that heals one person can accelerate the exact thing another person needs to stop.

The peptide you’re injecting could be contaminated. Your purity certificate won’t tell you.

Endotoxins are bacterial byproducts. They survive sterilization. You can sterilize a vial completely and the endotoxins are still in there.

And they’re not harmless. Endotoxins trigger fever. Inflammation. In serious cases, full systemic immune activation. You think you’re reacting to the peptide. You’re reacting to what’s contaminating it.

Standard purity testing doesn’t catch this. It doesn’t catch heavy metals either. Or microbial contamination.

So a vendor can hand you a “99% pure” certificate that says nothing about the three things most likely to hurt you.

There’s a specific list of tests you need to see before you trust any peptide source. Most people have never heard of them.

Comment PEPTIDE and I’ll send you the full video I just released with everything you should watch for if peptides are something you’re considering.

Most B12 supplements skip the one form your cells actually run on.

Adenosylcobalamin. It’s the form that fuels the enzyme clearing MMA out of your mitochondria.

When that enzyme stalls, MMA piles up. And rising MMA is one of the earliest signs your cells are running low on usable B12, long before it shows on a standard test.

Waste accumulates. Energy production drops.

This is why you can supplement B12 and still feel exhausted. If the form is wrong, the enzyme never gets what it needs.

This isn’t a supplement problem. It’s a mitochondria problem most people never connect.

Comment MMA and I’ll send you the full video. I break down which form of B12 actually feeds this enzyme and why the cheap forms in most supplements leave your mitochondria starving.

Your labs came back “normal.” You still feel terrible.

Both can be true.

Reference ranges aren’t built around healthy people. They’re built around the average — and the average person walking into a lab is not well. “In range” just means you’re not in the worst few percent. It doesn’t mean optimal.

So when a marker is sitting right at the top or right at the bottom of the range, that’s not nothing. That’s an early signal. Your body whispering before it has to shout.

One borderline number is easy to wave off. But pull the full panel and look at all of them together — they start pointing the same direction.

That direction is your answer.

Stop chasing single numbers. Find the theme.

Comment MMA and I'll send you the full video. If you've been told your B12 is "normal" for years while your symptoms got worse, this is the marker that explains why.

Five years ago, ni****ne was the most demonized molecule in medicine.

Now it’s a wellness trend. Every other podcast is pushing it.

So either we were lied to for 40 years, or something else is going on.

It’s something else.

You can’t really be addicted to ni****ne. Your body doesn’t make it and doesn’t need it. No lab has ever come back saying yours is low, because there’s no such thing as a ni****ne deficiency.

What ni****ne actually does is impersonate. It’s shaped close enough to a brain chemical called acetylcholine that it slips into the same receptors and switches them part way on.

Acetylcholine is what runs your focus, your memory, your sleep, whether your brain comes online in the morning. Get low on it and you start reaching for anything that lights those receptors back up. Ni****ne does the job.

It’s also why the first one worked and now it takes more. Your brain reacts by building extra receptors, so the same dose has more to cover and you feel less of it. So you take more. It feeds itself.

I’ve been deep in the research on this, and I just released a new video covering what’s really going on, the chemical you’re actually short on, and how to rebuild it so the craving fades on its own. Comment NI****NE and I’ll send you the link.

“Normal” on your bloodwork doesn’t mean healthy.

The reference range wasn’t built for healthy people. It was built from the people who get tested — tired, inflamed, aging faster than they should. That’s the population your results get compared to.

So when your numbers land “in range,” all it really means is you’re average for a group that isn’t well.

Average isn’t optimal. There’s a wide gap between not deficient and actually thriving.

Your B12 can read “normal” while your cells are still starved — and a marker like MMA will catch it when serum B12 never will.

Most doctors flag what’s outside the range. They’re not looking for what’s suboptimal inside it. That gap is where most people are living. It’s also where the answers are.

Comment MMA and I’ll send you the full video — I walk through exactly which markers reveal the gap your standard panel hides, and what the optimal ranges actually are.

Doctors flagged 19 things on my panel. They missed this one.

MMA at 242 looked fine on paper. It's not.

Chronically elevated MMA is toxic to neurons. Brain fog, neuropathy, cognitive decline, and eventually actual brain shrinkage.

The damage starts well before the alarm goes off.

BPC 157 heals your injury by growing new blood vessels.

Cancer grows the exact same way.

It's called angiogenesis, your body building fresh blood vessels to feed tissue. When you're healing a tendon, that's useful. It's why this peptide works.

But that signal can't tell the difference between healthy tissue and a tumor. A 2017 study confirmed BPC 157 switches on VEGFR2 — the same receptor cancers use to build their own blood supply. It's a pathway involved in roughly half of all human cancers.

To be clear: turning this on in a healthy body is not the same as causing cancer. Your body uses angiogenesis every day.

The real risk is if you're carrying a tumor you don't know about yet, and quietly feeding it.

And if MTHFR or COMT is slowing your methylation, you've got even less buffer.

I just released a full video where I break down all four ways these compounds rewrite gene expression, who should never touch them, and what to demand before you inject anything. Comment PEPTIDES and I'll send you the link.

When you're stressed, your body releases CRH and it activates mast cells within seconds.

Those mast cells release histamine. And histamine disrupts your sleep.

Less sleep means more mast cells. More mast cells means even less sleep.

The cycle doesn't break with another pill. It breaks when you calm the system down first.

Comment the word ALLERGY and I'll send you what actually breaks the cycle.

Enriched. Fortified. That's synthetic folic acid, and your body can't process it the way it processes real folate.

It piles up and creates a bottleneck.

Spinach, liver, avocado, eggs, and methylfolate supplements bypass that entirely.

No enzyme needed. Just usable nutrients.
