Wakocha, a fantastic Japanese black tea, makes great iced tea for the summer. 10g of tea per liter of water. Leave on the counter or in the fridge overnight. You get so much more sweetness from this brewing method and much less astringency. So much so that I don’t feel the need to sweeten it. Get it at tea dive dot com!

We’ll be offering a sit-down hot tea experience, refreshing matcha shots and ice tea options, and the bar will be serving up delicious tea inspired cocktails. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Father the Foundation nonprofit 50103-
