Perform leak detection tests on roofing and waterproofing membranes.
Install embedded low voltage monitored systems.
Submit daily field reports.
Estimates.
The waterproofing around vertical penetrations can be a source of moisture intrusion. Detec Systems, Exxel Pacific, Inc. and Axiom Division 7 are collaborating to create a solution.
TruGround Conductive Primer creates the electrical return path under the membrane, and our IntegriScan equipment can pinpoint any breach when there’s a water path to building ground.
It’s that simple!
