I'm so excited to start teaching in-person classes again!

Starting April 3rd, I'll be teaching a Mixed Levels yoga class from 6-7:30pm each Monday night at the Bellingham Yoga Shala - 1412 Cornwall Ave.

Class will be a mix of active and restorative poses, and is appropriate for students of all levels, from beginners to intermediate/advanced practitioners. Alternates and modifications will be available for anyone who needs them.

I will be on a teaching sabbatical through this spring and summer, 2022. I look forward to resuming classes in the fall!

I am SOOO looking forward to teaching from my new home studio today, after taking the last few weeks to manage my move. Join me for class from 4 to 530 today, Sept 5th. Zoom link in comments.

Taking this week off from teaching. I’m moving and not done yet! Class will resume September 5th.

Two more classes before I go on summer break. I will be teaching today and next Sunday, August 1st and 8th, at 4 PM. Class is canceled August 15th and 22nd, and I should be back to it for the final Sunday in August.
