MP3 is an educational program designed to enrich the learning of children. In addition, students will be in weekly contact with a certificated teacher.

At MP3, Students are given the opportunity to choose from a variety of classes and workshops which support and supplement the parent’s teaching. MP3 is governed by WAC 392-121-182, also known as the Alternative Learning Experience WAC or ALE WAC. This law requires that students in programs like MP3 have a written Student Learning Plan that helps plan and track the child's progress.

Yesterday, our talented 5th–8th grade students took the stage with their Readers Theater performances and they did an amazing job! Our 8th graders brought two very different (and equally entertaining!) stories to life: The Tell-Tale Heart, inspired by Edgar Allan Poe, kept us on the edge of our seats, and Chicken Big, adapted from the Keith Graves book, had us laughing from beginning to end. It was so fun to see their creativity and confidence shine through. Way to go, everyone!

We were excited to host a Parent Workshop at MP3 last Friday. Families joined us for a one‑hour session and chose from workshops focused on reading, math or writing. Parents left with practical strategies, ideas and resources to support learning at home, and students were welcome to attend too! Thanks to everyone who joined us!
