From the meet the team series… here’s Darrell- During the workweek he’s busy keeping our projects on schedule and finishing them with the highest degree of skill, talent, and know-how.

He also provides mentorship to our younger carpenters.

As a master carpenter, he really measures up.
He’s also an athlete, a traveler and a bookworm. Let’s just say Darrell is very well-rounded and we’re happy to have him on the AFDB team!

Three ways we dressed-up the front entry of this unique home:
1️⃣added tapered cedar columns on either side of the front door
2️⃣hid the unsightly utilities behind unique metal panels
3️⃣created a large welcoming porch

We took this railing from blah to ahhhh with a fresh design that compliments the contemporary home.

This nautically-inspired waterfront home from 1999 is aging beautifully.

Just in time for summer in the PNW, this fanciful pavillion really has it all: bbq, wine fridge, ice machine, full bathroom, and even a projection screen.

Floating this ADU above the natural landscape allowed for minimal disruption to the lush gardens in this backyard.

The homeowner imagined a warm and inviting kitchen space in which to entertain friends and family. With her creative input, we were able to bring her vision to life.
