In this class, the pace is significantly steadier than a traditional Vinyasa class. Whether you're looking to turn up the burn in her Strength (Yoga Sculpt) class or find your rhythm in a Vinyasa flow, her classes will leave you feeling challenged and inspired. We are thrilled to announce our Elements Summer Community Gatherings! If you love the energy inside our hot room, just wait until we get everyone together at Lake Padden Park. We are hosting four park meetups this summer for our yogis, friends, and family to connect, eat, and play.
