Our Valentine's Cooking Class is just around the corner! There are only a couple spots left in the class, scheduled for Monday, February 13, from 6:30-8:30pm. Andy Nguyen of Chuckanut Manor will be making a Classic Cheese Fodue appetizer, Curried Seared Alaskan King Salmon as well as Flat Iron Steak and Frites entree, a Classic Sachertorte with Chocolate Spongecake, Apricot Preserves, and Chocolate Ganache, and champagne.

Last chance to sign up for this Saturday's Indian "One Spice at at Time" class with Andy Nguyen of Chuckanut Manor. He will be making dishes and demonstrating spices from Falafel, Butter Indian Chicken, Coconut Rice pudding, Madras Curry, Garam Masala. -Cookies, Cookies, and More Cookies: Beth Graet will be making and sharing some of her delicious cookies Saturday, December 10 from 12-2:30.

This Saturday Roberta Milias of Mauviel 1830 Cooking line will be in the Pacific Chef store demonstrating the new "M Stone Cermaic Non-stick" series. She will be in the store starting at 3pm. She will also be talking about the Emile Henry products along with the countless gadgets that Rosle has to offer. Stop in for an eventful day, LaDonna Gunderson will have her book signing/demo from 12-2:30 and Chef Andy Nguyen of Chuckanut Manor Seafood and Grill will be here from 4-8pm for our Holiday Open House with spectacular food. We hope everyone had a great weekend! We hope everyone who came out on Saturday for Barbs pie class had a "SWEET" time. We also hope everyone had an elegant experience on Sunday morning with Chef Andy Nguyen. Both were great classes. This upcoming Saturday November 19th, will be Pacific Chefs Open House from 4:00pm-8:00pm.There will Special Discounts throughout the store, just in time for this holiday season. Chef Andy will be back, creating some delectable hors d'oeurves for you to try. So stop on by, say hello and enjoy some great food and the great ambiance at Pacific Chef. Hope to see you there!

Barbs of Barbs Pies and Pastries in Ferndale, will be in the Pacific Chef Store for a cooking class This Saturday November 12th from 12:00-2:30. She will once again show us how to create some fabulous pies, delectable bread puddings and the ever so famous Bouche de Noel. This is truly a sweet treat not to be missed. Classes are filling up please call Jene at 360-676-1199 for reservations. Do come for great sweet treats, knowledge and great ambiance of the Pacific Chef Kitchen!

Everyday Elegance with Andy Nguyen
Andy Nguyen, Sous Chef of Chuckanut Manor will be here early on Sunday November 13th for a Sunday afternoon cooking class. His class will be held from 10:30-1pm. Chef Andy will be demonstrating plentiful ideas that you can WOW your guest this holiday season. Simple but elgegant. His 4-course menu (WOW) consist of Dungeness Crab Croquettes, Cured Salmon Roulade, Turkey Cordon Bleu and Poached Pears. Come enjoy a feast of flavors and take home some tips! For reservations please call Jene at 360-676-1199.
