When Daniel Soloff brought us an absolutely dynamite selection of fine Italian wines this fall, we knew we had no other choice than to plan a pasta night.
Chef Sammy has been working ever since to dream up some flavors that will truly blow you away! Daniel will be available from 5-7 to chat tableside with guests about his wine selections. Reservations encouraged, walk ins welcome. We hope to see you there!

Join us for a five course wine dinner at Estelle featuring fine wines from local importer Keith Johnsen and pairings from our head chef Sammy Orrey.
Amuse Bouche: Heirloom tomato gazpacho with lemon verbena lavash and salmon roe paired with sparkling rose
1. Beef Carpaccio with apricot gel, sliced green olive and rye crostini paired with a white blend
2. Black cod with cabbage, kale, and hazelnut praline paired with Petit Chablis
3. Caramelized sweet potato, chilli crisp, and pork fat sabayon paired with Beaujolais
4. Lamb with smoked walnut puree, shiitake, and sumac paired with Saperavi
5. Lemon tart with Italian meringue paired with Cremant de Bourgogne

Thank you for all the reservations for Estelle Mother’s Day brunch launch ♥️ We are pretty much booked up for that morning now except for a few later seatings. We likely will have some open walk in bar seating as well.
We are also offering brunch on Saturday the 10th so make sure to book now before that fills up as well ✨

Exciting news - Estelle will now offer brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 10:30am-3 pm. We will debut our brunch for Mother’s Day weekend on the 10th and 11th. Chef Sammy, Brandon, and the rest of the kitchen team are working on a beautiful seasonal brunch menu that we can’t wait to share with everyone. Stay tuned for our full brunch menu preview in the next few days.
