We had an incredible time at our Show & Tell for the little ones at a nearby daycare! 🚧 From introducing our tools to sharing a glimpse of our work, their curiosity and joy lit up our day. Seeing their excitement reminds us why we love what we do.

This Independence Day, we're grateful for the freedoms we enjoy, the communities we're proud to be part of, and the people who make this country strong.

As we spend time with family and friends, let's also take a moment to remember and honor the sacrifices made by those who have served and continue to serve our nation.

We're proud to have partnered with PeaceHealth on the Infusion Expansion project, helping create additional space to serve patients in our community.

One of the most important aspects of this project was ensuring the existing infusion center could continue caring for patients throughout construction. Through careful planning, coordination, and communication with staff, the facility remained operational while work progressed around it.

Thank you to PeaceHealth and the project team for their partnership. We're honored to have played a role in expanding access to care for our community.

At RAM, the safety of our team and community is our top priority.

That's why every employee receives first aid and AED training annually.

With AEDs on our job sites and in every supervisor trucks, we're prepared to respond quickly in an emergency—whether it's for a team member, trade partner, or someone in the community who needs help.

We hope we never have to use that training. Kind of like a seatbelt, you don't put it on because you're planning for something bad to happen you wear it because being prepared matters.

Looking out for one another isn't just part of the job, it's part of who we are.

We loved partnering with The Pickford and working through the design process to reimagine an existing space into something new for the community.

First piece of CLT installed at Community Transitions.

Recently we celebrated the installation of the first piece of Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) at the Community Transitions project for Bellingham Public Schools.

CLT is a sustainable building material that enhances structural integrity while reducing environmental impact. This achievement not only showcases our commitment to innovation but also our dedication to creating eco-friendly learning environments. 🌱
