SEAS connects children and youth ages 0-21 who have or may have special needs to community services. Call 360-715-7485 to refer.

SEAS is operated by Opportunity Council and is part of Whatcom Taking Action.

There are two virtual sessions for this coming up on Wednesday May 7th and Tuesday, May 13. SEAS is not associated with this event but we wanted to share for anyone who may be interested.
