Had a blast learning about the Olympia Oyster and Taylor Shellfish Farms' paella sure was scrumptious. Thank you to Northwest Straits Foundation and my crew, Gary Washington and Pharaoh Damon. This was our first COVID shoot but we managed to capture something pretty special. As Kenny Clarkson likes to call it, "a mix of Rick Steves and Anthony Bourdain". Enjoy!

Jake Hacker (of Aslan Brewing Company), Kenny Clarkson (of Northwest Straits Foundation), and Tele Aadsen (of Nerka Sea Frozen Salmon) after our interview so long ago. This was only back in February!
I can't wait to hear more stimulating, in person conversations in the near future.
Before social distancing, I shot a video with the Northwest Straits Foundation to showcase the relationship between their work and the work of Aslan Brewing Company and Nerka Sea Frozen Salmon. The result was a mixture of a lifestyle cooking show with Chef's Table. Let us know what you think.
