Do your Prayers Matter?

Here is a prophetic painting given to me by a friend that shows the power of one man praying.

Your prayers do matter.
“God, I ask that you would show my friends the true power of prayer. That You listen and respond when we cry out to You. Father, encourage us to set aside moments today to cry out to you.” Amen

Truth will make you controversial.

“On Tuesday of Holy Week, Jesus didn’t avoid conflict—He exposed what was false.”

PRAY WITH ME

Father, expose what is false in me. Help me to not only see Your truth but to walk in it.

God, we ask that this week would be a week of revelation. Reveal to us areas of our lives that need realignment.

Father, Your word says that you search our hearts. We ask that You would search our hearts and minds. Revealing any past hurt or trauma that has become a lie that we believe.

God, we refuse to see falsity in others and remain ignorant of our own. We ask for truth

Most believers don’t struggle with looking the part…

They struggle with having the fruit.

Let’s pray.

God, You have full authority over our lives—and today we surrender again.

Expose anything in us that’s out of alignment with You.

Forgive us for having the appearance of a believer… without the fruit.

Your Word says in Isaiah 56:7 that Your house will be called a house of prayer for all nations—so make us people of prayer again.

Not routine but rhythm of prayer.
Real, consistent, prayer.

This week, we choose to go deeper with You. And ask You to go deeper with us.

As we remember the sacrifice of Jesus, we give You our attention, our time, and our hearts.

Amen.
